"Life is a boomerang. What you give, you get."
What if we thought about our words like bommerangs? We walk around throughout the day throwing out words or thinking words so loosely and without understanding of what we are attracting energetically back to ourselves. We should be kind to ourselves and to others. I would never say to you the things I say to myself and you would would never to to me the things you say to yourself.
Words are like a tossing a boomarang. The words we throw out will come back. Are those words harmful or healing. Throwing a boomerang takes a little practice and so does being aware of the words we speak internally and aloud. When we send our love out we will have a better chance of receiving love back. When we throw anger we a will probably get angry response. I know that sometimes the response might not be equal to what we expect but this will be a great time to practice being stoic . When we start our day with prayer and mediation followed by the use of stoicism thorough our days it will leave us with inner peace because we can take control of only ourselves.
Before we throw our next word to ourself or to someone else when need to stop are you about to say. Remember that a boomerang comes right back!

Our thoughts go round and round. I created this bracelet as a gentle reminder to replace the negative thoughts with positive as quickly as you can. If we know that the words we say come back to us then we can become aware of the thoughts we say to others and even the thoughts we say to ourselves.

WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE!
The words we speak verbally and internally create a ripple effect that can cause healing or harm. Knowing this we can ask ourselves is what I am about to say to someone going to cause harm or healing. The book, “The Voices Within” , by Charles Fernyhough, says that our inner speech has an average pace of 4,000 words per minute—10 times faster than verbal speech. WOW! Our words are powerful!! Our words will harm or heal. What will you choose?

I AFFIRM POSITIVITY
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome negative thoughts. All of us have self-sabotaged ourselves with thoughts that knock us down instead of building us up. When you focus on a positive statement and then repeat it often, you will start to believe in that statement, which will help you start to make positive changes in life. Affirmations are used to reprogram the subconscious mind. You know those deep thoughts that make you feel sad or anxious from time to time, those are the thoughts I am referring to. Well, research has found that it takes approximately 21-30 days to form a new habit or break an old one. That’s not very long at all to think you could be 21-30 days away from a new positive way of thinking. This will enable you to put on your rose-colored glasses and see situations with a new perspective. So, are you ready to commit to one affirmation daily for 21-30 days? This process will literally rewire your brain.
Speak the affirmation out loud for and then repeat it three times in a row, three times a day: morning, midday and evening. I have included several different affirmations so that you can pick one that I feel I need to work on. An ideal place is to put the card on your desk, by your coffee pot, or by your mirror.
Focus on one card at a time, if you feel like you need to repeat that specific affirmation for another 21-30 days than do that. You will soon begin to notice the positive changes in your life and your attitude. The brain’s job is to protect you. It is not wired to make you happy or make you more positive, it is wired to help you survive. Being positive and having a happier life is your job.
