Has your mind ever been racing with thoughts that bring you down?

Here are some VERY simple steps to STOPPING negative thoughts and replacing them with positive thoughts:
1. Are you ready to change and make the needed steps to change your current habits?
2. You change use the switch method or the pop method. Use the method you prefer. You will keep the bracelet on your all all day for both.
The switch method- switch bracelet to opposite arm when a negative thought pops up then repeat this step.
The pop method- when a negative thought POPS up give your wrist a pop (don’t hurt yourself, if it leaves a mark it is probably too hard. Remember to be kind to yourself).
3. The word STOP IT, should be spoken out-loud, if not a stern inner voice saying STOP It!
1. I usually write down that negative thought that pops up and remember what I was doing to trigger this thought. Then, I write a sentence beside it use a positive statement to counteract the negative voice.
2. Consider using the tapping method to unblock. You can find a YouTube video to walk you through this.
3. Use the breathing app on your smart phone to relax your mind.
4. Say Positive Affirmations
Please remember also seeing a therapist regular is amazing and now through technology you can do it from your home.
There are some amazing subconscious treatments available now like emir, psych-k and hypnosis.

This is just a little band I hold in my hand but when I place it on my wrist
it is my negative thoughts I can now resist. We all have flaws, bad habits and past
pains but none of which to the world we must explain. So, when our thoughts get tough
we won’t need to despair because our handy little bracelet is always near.

when placed on my wrist negative thoughts don’t exist. So,
when our thoughts go bad, no reason to fear ‘cause our
handy little bracelet is always near.
"POP it to STOP it!"
This little band has helped me so much. At one point in my life my mother was dying of leukemia, I was going through empty nest, joined into a new business venture failure and on top of that my husband and I had overcome a large financial battle. I remember feeling hopeless and alone with my thoughts.
Then, I had, as Oprah calls it, an “AH-HA” moment and wrote this poem…
“She couldn’t stop the chaos in her mind, so she became the ring leader of her thoughts”.
So, I did just that! I remembered a teacher when I grew up wore a rubber band to remind her of something she had forgotten but I didn’t want to hurt myself or teach other people to replace negative thoughts with anything painful. So, I grabbed something much softer, placed in on my wrist
and WOW! It worked. I hope it works for you as well.
